How long will my foosball table take to ship?
We process all orders the day we receive them, and usually ship them out that day. Depending on where you are in the country, most orders arrive within 7 business days.

Can you give me faster delivery?

Is there assembly required with my table?
All foosball tables will require some assembly, but all tools are included, and this isn’t rocket science we’re talking about. The average customer finds assembly of their foosball table to be fast and easy.

Do you deliver tables right to my door?
Yes! We’ll bring your order directly to your home. No need to pick up at a freight depot, or jump through ay of the hoops that other vendors may require.

What is a “professional grade” foosball table?
“Professional grade” is a tricky term. There are tons of foosball leagues out there, and each own has their own standards, so there isn’t one “official” foosball table design. A good foosball table is a table that is durable and made with quality components, and looks good in your home. Every table on this site is built to last, so don’t worry about being a “professional.”

Sorry, we only sell foosball tables. By keeping our selection focused, we’re able to provide the best prices and customer service on the web.

No, we are based exclusively online. By avoiding a storefront, we’ve found that we can keep our operating costs very low, and that means better prices for our customers.

Here’s all the legal stuff we have to say…

Shipping costs apply only to the contiguous United States. Sorry, but our friends in Canada, Hawaii and Alaska need to call ahead. But don’t worry, we always try to find the least expensive shipping method for you.

We don’t assess tax for our customers, except for residents of Texas, and our rate here is 7.25%. Our shippers need to call ahead to set up delivery, so please provide a number where you can be reached prior to delivery. If you’re not available, you won’t get your table, and that would be no fun at all.

If you have to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We ship all items as fast as we can, and it costs money. If you cancel after we ship your table, we’ll ask you to pay our shipping costs. Things change, and we always try to accommodate, but we have to protect ourselves too. While most orders are delivered in under 7 business days, please be aware that it can take up to 14 business day for delivery.

By submitting your order you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and you agree to, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you represent that you are of legal age to enter this Agreement and become bound by its terms. Purchase Agreement: It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the foosball table for any freight damage or manufacturer’s defects and report to OC Foosball.com by telephone within 2 business days. Foosball tables damaged in shipping will be exchanged for another new foosball table at no cost to the customer. Do not discard boxes until you have assembled, inspected and tested the product. Minor assembly of the products is required. Read the instruction manual before use. Orders that are canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a ten percent restocking fee to cover credit card charges incurred by our company in good faith. Customers who cancel after an item has shipped will be charged for all shipping costs, and a 25 percent restocking fee to cover costs. Though original shipping is included at no cost, canceled orders will be billed for all costs incurred by our company in good faith, including such original shipping costs. Orders are rarely delayed, but please note that delayed arrival does not constitute a reason to cancel an order. Customer must provide a telephone number that the shipping firm can use to contact before delivery. TX Residents must pay 7.25% sales tax. All Shipping costs are standard ground in the lower 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada please call.
